Md Mohaimenul Islam is a seasoned administrative professional with a robust career spanning nearly two decades, marked by his unwavering commitment to enhancing organizational productivity and growth. He completed his post-graduation in International Relations from the University of Dhaka in 2005, laying the foundation for his future in public administration and organizational management.

Mr. Islam commenced his professional journey as a Research Assistant at Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) in 2005, where he gained valuable insights into governance and transparency. In 2006, he transitioned to the Volunteers Association Bangladesh (VAB) as an Administration Officer, where he began honing his administrative skills. His career trajectory took a significant leap in 2007 when he joined the Asia Foundation, contributing to their mission for over a year.

In 2008, Mr. Islam embarked on a long-standing role at the Institute of Water Modelling (IWM), where his expertise and dedication saw him rise from Assistant Administration Manager to Deputy Administration Manager in 2012, and finally to Manager and Head Administration in 2023. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in refining administrative processes and embracing digital and technological advancements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and foster a more productive work environment.
